We highly recommend House Painting Inc! Our experience using them for our home exterior paint job was excellent. Phone calls, texts, and emails were always responded to quickly and professionally. From our first meeting and walk-around the scope of work was clear and priced competitively. The crew that came to perform the job was quiet, courteous, friendly and very easy to talk with when we had any questions. Prep work included much stucco repair, window re-glazing, and wood repair. All was done quickly and excellently! We're so happy with how it all turned out ... and we even had compliments from another painter who happened to be working on a house down the street from us! Five stars!

This was the first time I had hired a contractor and was considering another company. PJ explained that they did price match and asked what he could do to get our business. He asked about paint quality, liability coverage, 2 coats vs 1, etc. After looking at everything HSP was the better choice. PJ was able to offer a better price point, along with a less expensive paint. In the end PJ still used the higher quality paint but at the reduced cost. Finally, it was supposed to be a 2 day job but PJ brought in more guys and completed it in one day. The painters cleaned and swept up everything. Everyone was very nice, professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend. Great experience! Thank you for being so professional! That's of little consolation to a homeowner when they're stuck with a painting project that looks terrible, waiting for it to be corrected by a disgruntled sub-contractor who just wants to rush through the repair work so they can get paid.
Many factors impact how often you should paint your home, but there are basic guidelines you should follow. For common spaces like living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms, you can get away with painting every five to seven years as long as you use high-quality paint.
